Ok, it's not Mr T, it's Afrika Bambaata. But he does look like he has come fresh from watching the A-team box set, to this brilliantly patronising piece of TV gold.
It is somewhat amazing to see these two legendary pioneers, who must have seen a fair few crunk parties in their time, appear on squeaky clean middle class american TV.
Also note the presenters genuine panic when he realises that kids may actually try this at home (surely not!) and then tries to prevent hordes of complaints from angry parents with broken turntables. The look @5:21 says "I'm gonna get screwed for this".
That girl made it to the third round of the regional DMCs the following year you know...
